FAQ


 

Regulations:

        1.Ziedukurjers.lv accepts orders 24 hours 7 days a week.

        2.We are processing orders from 7:30 – 7.00 p.m. on working days. If you make your order after 5:00 p.m. then it transfers to the next working day.

        3.If you want delivery to be carried out in the same day make your order until 5:00 p.m.

        4.To receive delivery at holydays please manage to make an order until 7:00 p.m. on Friday..                                                                                             

         5.We are delivering flowers every working day from 9:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays from 10:00 – 3:00 p.m. If you would like to receive flowers at other time welcome to contact us individually (by phone 28768672, or by e-mail info@ziedukurjers.lv).

        6.Delivery to working places we are carrying out until 5:00 p.m.

        7.The delivery of the order takes place after the receipt of the payment or after the receipt of a document confirming the payment.

        8.After payment it’s impossible to refuse order or refund the deposited sum.

        9.Delivery to Riga and district of Riga we carry out in a time of one working day.

       10.If delivery point is another city of Latvia please make your order 1-2 days earlier.

       11.We will deliver flowers to other places in Latvia in a time of 1-2 working days (after receiving the receipt of the payment or document confirming the payment).

  12. Delivery is possible only with flowers or gift baskets.


        13.Be adequate with information about the recipient (address and telephone number). Otherwise delivery can be realized only after clarification of address.

    

       14.On Valentine’s Day, 8thof March and on Mother’s Day we carry out deliveries free of additional holydays charge.

        15.To provide delivery on these special days (see nr.15) please order 3-5 days earlier. Otherwise delivery can be realized a day after.

        16.If ordered flowers are not available because of season or other reason we replace them with others from the same price list. Other compensations are not provided.

        17.If the delivery’s recipient is not at the place we contact the recipient and make arrangements on solving the situation.

        18.If the telephone number or the address is not correct or if there’s no response from the recipient, the flowers will be left to colleagues or neighbors.If it is not possible, we send or leave message to flower reciever with information about our office adress.

        19.There is a price list for carrying out the delivery in most of Latvia’s cities (see under Delivery). Welcome to contact us individually about flower delivery to cities or regions which are not listed there (by phone 28768672, by e-mail to info@ziedukurjers.lv.

        20. We are providing fresh and qualitative flowers always.

       21.Ziedukurjers.lv is not responsible for flower care and storing after delivery is carried out.

        22. If there’s any damage or other deliveries failure then it must be clarified at the presence of courier. After delivery’s carried out we do not accept any claims.

          23. When ordering here you automatically agree to our shop rules. If you have any claims or uncertainty welcome to contact us by e-mail. All the complaints will be reviewed in a time of 10 days.
